Bill was selected out of 10,000 agents as the "Agent of the Month".

Many Realtors are nominated for this distinction; however, with space available for only one "Realtor of the Month" in each issue of Broker*Agent magazine, their requirements and standards have to be extremely rigid. All agents in contention were evaluated against each other based on everything from their outstanding achievements in sales production to their impeccable professional standards.  Furthermore, everything from the original nomination and questionnaire to the interview and review was stringently and equally evaluated.
